Ride Ready Canada ("Ride Ready Canada", "we", "us", or "our") provides access to this website (the "Site") and related services, software, tools, and offerings (collectively, the "Services") subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Site or Services.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you may not use the Site or Services.

1. Nature of Services and Third-Party Providers

Ride Ready Canada operates as an online lead generation and referral platform. We are not a lender, broker, financial institution, or credit advisor.

Through the Site, Users may be referred to third-party lenders, dealers, brokers, or service providers (collectively, "Third-Party Service Providers") offering products and services related to, including but not limited to:

  • Powersports, automotive, RV, marine, and recreational vehicle financing

  • Personal and leisure loans

  • Credit monitoring or credit rebuilding services

  • Sales and services related to motorized or recreational vehicles

Submitting information through the Site or completing an application does not create a client, broker, fiduciary, or advisory relationship between you and Ride Ready Canada, nor between you and any Third-Party Service Provider.

All approvals, denials, rates, terms, and conditions are determined solely by Third-Party Service Providers. Ride Ready Canada does not guarantee approval, financing, or outcomes of any kind and assumes no responsibility or liability for third-party decisions, products, or services.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Site, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Fees, Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Certain Services may require payment. All applicable fees, charges, taxes, refund eligibility, and cancellation terms will be disclosed on the Site or in an applicable order form.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All fees are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

You agree that you will not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works

  • Use the Site to develop or promote competing products or services

  • Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or data mining methods

  • Remove or alter proprietary notices

  • Use the Site in violation of applicable laws or regulations

You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting User Content, you grant Ride Ready Canada a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish such User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site and Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content

  • The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws

Ride Ready Canada reserves the right to remove User Content at its sole discretion.

8. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Ride Ready Canada does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party.

9. Advertising and Promotions

The Site may display advertisements or promotions from third parties. Any dealings, transactions, or communications with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. Ride Ready Canada is not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.

10. No Financial, Credit, or Professional Advice

All content provided on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, credit, legal, or professional advice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RIDE READY CANADA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Ride Ready Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Ride Ready Canada’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ride Ready Canada and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Communications

We may contact you via email, SMS, phone, or Site notices using the contact information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws.

Except where prohibited by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ontario. Class actions are waived where legally permitted.

15. Termination

Ride Ready Canada may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice or liability.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and indemnification shall survive termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ride Ready Canada regarding the use of the Site and Services.
